Donna J. Fudge Donna J. Fudge received a B. S. degree cum laude in Economics and Finance from Marquette University in 1991. She graduated summa cum laude from Marquette University Law School in 1994. In law school, she served on the Marquette University Law Review and received numerous American Jurisprudence awards.
Donna’s specialty is in the area of nursing home and assisted living facility defense. She recently argued before the Florida Supreme Court in an Assisted Living Facility case involving the discoverability of employee personnel files. Donna has also spoken at several national seminars regarding the defense of nursing homes and ALF’s. Moreover, her ideas regarding defending the long term care industry have been published in national legal magazines. Donna also has experience in numerous other areas of civil litigation such as products liability, premises liability and insurance defense. She also has extensive expertise in the drafting and enforceability of arbitration agreements.
Donna has served as co-chair of the Long Term Care Subcommittee for the Defense Research Institute. She also was appointed to serve on the Professional Ethics Committee of the Florida Bar.
Donna is licensed to practice law in Florida, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and New York.
