Amy Bozarth Amy Bozarth is a Senior Paralegal with Buckley and Fudge, P.A. She graduated from Columbia International University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in education.
Amy has 15 years of experience as a legal assistant. Originally, she worked primarily in the areas of lien enforcement, ERISA, and subrogation. However, in the past few years, she has developed an expertise in nursing home and assisted living facility defense. Amy assists in the handling of all facets of long-term care defense, including pre-suit matters, all phases of discovery, mediations and arbitration hearings.
